For Customers – Our Platform
If you're a Klicklaar customer, you can forget about accounting. That's thanks to the technology we've developed. As a customer, you get access to our platform – accessible online or through our app.
With the Klikklaar Platform:
- Send Your invoices, in your style, with one click. From the car or your desk — processed directly into your books.
- You link your bank account; if payment is made (or not made), you will receive a notification.
- You upload Expense invoices or receipts. Just by making a photo.The system recognizes the expense type and books it directly into your records.
- Your VAT return is effortless: it is always ready as soon as your invoices and expenses are in the platform.
- You can do much more: register kilometers/hours, view live reports, send payment requests, etc.
For Clients – Our Bookkeepers
Our bookkeepers are different from others. The main reason? They have timeTime to get to know you and your business. Time to delve deeper and explore ways to reduce your tax burden, help you capitalize on opportunities, and manage risks responsibly. Of course, they also audit your bookkeeping, but thanks to Klicklaar's technology, they can spend much less time on this than the average colleague—because the administration is already accurate. As a client, you have an accountant who is accessible and proactive. You'll have a consultation five times a year: one month before each VAT period and one month before filing your income tax return. This way, we organize proactively and, together, identify opportunities and problems before they arise.
How do you become a Customer?
Leave your details here and we will contact you. If you wish, you can also book the consultation directly in our agendaAfter the consultation, you'll hopefully decide to become a client. Then, you'll meet with your accountant, where we'll set up your administration and discuss your needs.
